The Legend of Atlantis

Marvel's got Namor. DC has Aquaman. What should we do with Atlantis, if anything!?

Maybe Atlantis isn't really a city maybe instead it's a whole different dimension or world. Just an idea for a different spin on it

Any thoughts on what the other dimension would be?

So you're thinking, like Pacific Rim sort of?

Possibly, maybe like a dimension that is kind of an alternate version of Earth

Okay so, ya dive down to the bottom of the ocean. There is possibly some sort of ancient structure/city/buildings/whatever, something happens and boom, portal to a new dimension! Or is the portal always open?

Anyway, you go through the portal and you pop out in the other dimension's ocean and just float up to check it out? Any thoughts on what this other Earth is like?
